Shipping policy

Tidegrain ships framed wave art from China to the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany.

Shipping and import charges

The checkout price includes the artwork, gift box, international shipping and destination import duties and taxes for these destinations. We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). If a carrier collects a duty, tax or brokerage fee, keep the receipt and email us. We will reimburse a documented charge that should have been covered.

Dispatch

We dispatch within 7 days of confirmed payment. Dispatch means handing your parcel to the international carrier, not delivery to your address. We do not guarantee an arrival date. If we cannot dispatch within 7 days, we will email you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Packing and tracking

Each order includes one framed artwork, gift box, tabletop support and wall-mounting hardware. Packed weight is approximately 1 kg. The artwork measures 21.6 × 21.6 × 3.5 cm. After dispatch we email your international tracking details.

Damage or non-delivery

Contact us promptly if your parcel is damaged, missing or not as described. Keep packaging and photographs for the claim. We will investigate and arrange a refund, replacement or agreed repair. We cover necessary return costs for damaged, faulty or incorrectly described goods. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
